Featuring fresh, local ingredients from the season’s bounty, the AVEO kitchen takes inspiration from Latin America’s rich culinary history and generations-old traditions. An approachable menu showcases local seafood, prime filets, savory sandwiches, and fresh salads, while also introducing Latin staples such as clay baked bread, queso fundido, and ceviche. Weekends are best spent at AVEO Table + Bar, where each morning starts with a savory breakfast buffet of house made pastries, favorites from the griddle, and an omelet station, with an option to add caviar (+$40). Dine on the expansive terrace with ocean and resort views while sipping on specialty coffees and spirited bebidas.
