Your evening begins with an alfresco reception on AVEO’s ocean-view terrace, before moving to the private dining room to savor four Latin-inspired courses from Chef de Cuisine David Kasparian – each expertly paired with selections from winemaker Bibiana González Rave. Guests will sip, swirl and be delighted by stories of Bibiana’s international adventures and award-winning career.
