Spend an unforgettable evening at Bourbon Steak where the art of whisky blending meets the craft of exceptional cuisine. Guided by Paul Jones, Johnnie Walker Brand Ambassador, guests will embark on an immersive journey through the world of Scotch whisky, exploring the distinct flavors, aromas, and stories behind some of the most celebrated expressions in the portfolio.

Seated in the refined private dining room, begin the evening with a hands-on whisky blending experience where you will learn about the process, create your own whisky blend, and sip your own creation. Then, the evening continues with a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner, each course paired with one of four featured Johnnie Walker offerings. From the first pour to the last bite, enjoy the unique character and complexity of each whisky, revealing the artistry and intention behind every blend.

$425 per person, excluding tax and gratuity
