In honor of Bourbon Steak’s 5th anniversary, Executive Chef Chris Sanchez has designed an exclusive three-course menu to commemorate this special occasion. During the month of March, delight in a specialty prix fixe meal, featuring a Surf & Turf Capaccio appetizer to start, followed by the Mishima Reserve Ultra Striploin for the main course, and ending on a sweet note with a decadent Trio Chocolate Semifreddo dessert.
