Available to resort guests and members only, enjoy a beachfront brunch just steps from the sand and sea, and delight in curated dishes inspired by modern California cuisine. Chef Seth Phillips is preparing specialty a la carte brunch items—including a savory Croque Madame and Chicken'n'Waffles, as well as elegant dinner specials showcasing a Crab & Coconut Soup, Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Roulade, and more.
