Gather in AVEO for a complimentary culinary demonstration by Chef David Kasparian as he guides you through the art of creating savory dishes inspired by Latin American destinations. In February, find yourself whisked away to Uruguay as Chef prepares the signature dish Provoleta con Faina—a Uruguayan twist on an elegant cheesy bread made with chickpea flour and Provolone cheese. During the demonstration, enjoy tasting samples and hands-on moments as Chef invites guests to assist with the process. Plus, delight in handcrafted cocktails as Bryce Otanez shares innovative mixology techniques, showcasing a Yerba Mate Margarita and a Yerba Mate Pisco Sour.
