This summer, upscale wineries take center stage during a series of exclusive experiences at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach. On Thursday, May 9, delight in a symphony of wine pairings from Joseph Phelps Vineyards, each pairing accompanied by an artfully crafted dish from Chef Peter Lai. Highlighting a variety of dishes and pours, the menu for the evening showcases an array of savory dishes from land and sea, as well as an exclusive selection of red and whites from Joseph Phelps Vineyards.

About the Winery: In the early 1970s, Napa Valley was a sleepy agricultural town on the brink of a fine-wine awakening.
