We are delighted to have you staying in one of our exclusive fireside terrace guest rooms. To enjoy your fireside, please follow these step-by-step instructions. If you need assistance at any time, please dial "0" and we would be happy to assist.

ACTIVATE YOUR FIRESIDE

  1. To ignite the fire, turn black timer knob to the desired time. Please note the flames may take up to 1-2 minutes to appear.
  2. For your safety, keep hands, feet and hair away from the fireside. Fire will automatically turn off when timer has elapsed.
  3. In case of emergency, press red emergency stop button. Once the button is activated, the fire will not relight. Please call Front Desk to manually reset your fireside.
