Truffle season has arrived and Bourbon Steak Orange County is celebrating with a one-of-a-kind truffle dinner, showcasing white truffles from Alba, Italy in each artfully prepared dish. Gather in the intimate private dining room and delight in five courses of exclusive dishes—ranging from seafood to prime cuts and more—each one utilizing the highly sought-after white truffles and complemented by a hand-selected wine pairing from sommelier, Michelle Morin.
